After a long couple of years you can finally buy a D16!

For Joe and Elle the modern reinvention of the legendary 16mm Bolex camera has been a labour of love and its finally coming to fruition with the first cameras now in the hands of customers.

Unlike the current crop of digital cameras with questionable ergonomic choices and heavy reliance on deep menu structures the D16 harks back to the purity of point and shoot film making. And unlike much of the equipment being sold today its built like a tank with a sturdiness even Arri would envy.

Its not the cheapest or lightest camera available these days but its sure as hell the coolest looking. We can’t wait to see who shoots a commercial on one first!
